SHIPPING

Our products are shipped from various parts of the country. We will process your order in the most efficient timely manner. We aim at shipping your order in under 48 hours, unless otherwise noted in the listing. If you order more than 1 product it may come from various locations of our factories so please do not be alarmed, we are fully aware of your full order. If after a few weeks something has not arrived then contact us, so that we can check on that for you. Normally all packages will arrive within 7 days of each other.

Normal shipping time is up to 48 hours during Halloween season for processing, and up to 7 days for ground shipping. If you need it sooner than that please contact us via live chat or our 1-800-656-8122 toll free number. Our representatives will estimate cost and charge you accordingly.

We estimate our ship cost to your total order at a percentage to get you the most reliable shipping and cost effective pricing. Expedited shipping is available at a extra fee, we will also try to eliminate as much as possible the processing days from a expedited order. Returns

We have a no hassle return policy for merchandise that is damaged, defective or misrepresented; which has to be returned within 14 days from Delivery Date. Please note: costume styles are subject to change without notice, due to the manufacturer’s production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The Manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We will reflect any changes to the costumes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. Thank you for your understanding with this issue. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.

Procedure to Initiate a Return

Please login to your account on our website and follow the instructions provided. Return must be received within 14 days of initiating RMA. You will have 7 days from your delivery date to initiate a RMA.

• Access your order online at www.nothingbutcostumes/login.
• Click on the link labeled "Returns".
• Follow the steps until you have reached confirm and have your RMA number.
  
• All item(s) must be returned via a traceable method with delivery confirmation to assure we receive your package.
• Any orders returned with out any means of tracking or delivery confirmation will be considered an unauthorized return and we are not responsible for refunding the order if we cannot verify receipt of the return.
• The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be written clearly on the outside of the box.
• A RMA will be listed on the 'Return Confirmation' page.
• Please print out 2 copies of this page, one for your records and one to include with your return.
• All return address and return shipping information will be listed on the confirmation.
• We will also send an email confirmation of your Return Request to the email address you provided when you placed your order.
• Please note : Any item returned that falls outside the normal return guidelines is subject to a minimum 15% handling charge. Please double check that you have included all of the costume and packaging prior to mailing your return to our warehouse. There is a minimum 15% restocking fee, if more than 5 of one item is ordered and subsequently returned.
  
• We can not accomodate for returns due to sizing issues barring a mistake in sizing from your order. We give all manufacturers measurements and sizing to the best of our ability. Please check those charts to insure proper fit.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This constitutes the entire agreement between you and Violet Sea, Inc. regarding the access and use of this web site.

TERMINATION. Violet Sea, Inc. reserves the right to terminate or modify this agreement at any time. All provisions regarding the protection and ownership of Violet Sea, Inc. 's intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitations of liability, governing law, and attorneys' fees will survive termination.
