What is the status of my order.
A: We put the tracking numbers into your order when we ship your item.
How do I know when I will recieve my order?
A: We will put a tracking number into your order status wen you log onto your account. If there isnt a tracking number or confirmation number there it means your product has not been shiped. Some items are on special order (You will know this the number is not in there within 5 days. ) We will special order your item if it is not. If we find out that an item is no longer availble or we feel that we cannot get it in time for you we will call and or email you to notify you of this.
Will I get my order before ...
A: We take a very careful approach to our ordering. If we feel that we cannot fill your order before a specified date we will call you and see if we can make a suitable subsitution or will refund your purchace in full.
What happens if I order something and it doesnt fit?
A: We only give full refunds for gross missrepresentions of products. Detailed sizings are in the descriptions so please order the correct size. Otherwise refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and all shipping charges.
Is this costume available in .... Size.
A: Look at the description. In the main text you will see a sizing chart for all the costumes. Below that there is a dropdown with the sizes avalable for that costume. If not the only size available is that of listed in the title.
